Khalid Al Najjar was born in Dubai 1968. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from The Southern California Institute of Architecture, and completed his Master in Architecture from Columbia University in New York 1996.
He founded DXB LAB Architecture in 2000, with project ranges from Private residences, to large-scale mix-used developments and master planning.
He has lectured and exhibited worldwide, including Princeton University, Venice Architecture Biennale, Institut du Monde Arabe, and was named the Architect of the Year in the Middle East Architect Award 2009.
