H 1044 Vincent Van Duysen fully reflects the restrained, minimal, and linear style of the Flemish designer. The lever is composed of a slim, horizontal, blade with rounded edges, grafted onto a round rose in a sophisticated and abstract play of primary elements. The Q model is straight with a square rose while the U model is hooked with a round rose, and the U Q model is hooked with a square rose.
The H 1044 Vincent Van Duysen series includes door handle and window handle (with long or short backplate), available in Polished chrome, Satin chrome and Matt black finishes. BioCote® antimicrobial treatment is available on the Matt black finish.

Vincent Van Duysen was born in Lokeren, Belgium, in 1962. After earning a degree from the Sint-Lucas School of Architecture, Ghent, he worked with Aldo Cibic in Milan, followed by a collaboration with Jean De Meulder in Antwerp, Belgium.
In 1989, Vincent Van Duysen Architects was established. Today, the firm has grown into a team of more than 30 collaborators with work ranging from product design for numerous international brands, to commercial and large-scale architectural projects, with a focus on high-end residences both in Belgium or spread across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA.
