Valli Architect@Work London 2024Valli Architect@Work London 2024

On 20 and 21 March in London one of the leading international events dedicated to the world of architecture.

ARCHITECT@WORK is one of the leading international events dedicated to the world of architecture and design, a meeting and discussion point for the main players in the industry.

Every year this major event takes place in different countries and cities across Europe and provides architects, engineers, designers and planners with a wide range of industry conferences, with the opportunity to find out more about key market trends and with the chance to meet suppliers directly.

The London edition will take place on 20 and 21 March at The Truman Brewery, in the heart of the British capital.

The panel discussions will be based on five main themes revolving around the concept of sustainability, the use of natural materials, green homes and space re-using and regaining, with a final focus on the vision of the London of the future.

The exhibition layout is realised in an extremely innovative way: visitors are led along a route where the exhibitors are located inside small modules. The innovations presented are displayed in corner units and on the walls; each module consists of four corner units and a multimedia console for PCs and laptops.

The aisles are therefore no longer reduced to places of mere passage, but are elevated to areas of conversation, where people can have a drink and ask for more information about the products and innovations presented.

Valli will participate as an exhibitor at this important event with some of its most innovative designer handle models, including:

  • The H 386 Meneghello Paolelli door handle from the Fusital collection, new for 2023 designed by the Milanese designers Marco Paolelli and Sandro Meneghello. The aesthetics of this handle is inspired by the work of contemporary American artist Jeff Koons; the shapes are essential and the lever resembles a hollow shape that has been inflated or stuffed and sealed at the edges.
  • The H 379 Antonio Citterio door handle from the Fusital collection, designed by the great Italian architect and designer. By playing with smooth and knurled surfaces, Citterio creates a true sensory journey, adding tactile pleasure to visual pleasure without sacrificing the functionality of the lever. The result is an elegant and solid handle.
  • The H 1057 Retrò door handle from the Lab collection, designed by the Valli team, evokes aesthetics and suggestions of the 1930s. The overlapping of different parts, where the shapes are well defined and yet blend seamlessly, creates an extremely refined and complex final effect.
